David, a businessman, slips into paranoia when he finds a magically appearing box that transports him to the mind of Tom, a psychotic killer. Reality comes loose as David tries to stop Tom from killing a young man and woman. We find out that David had a dark past and has been trying to repair his life and find someone to love and trust.
